Change

In life there is always going to be change whether we like it or not. Seasons change, your circle of friends change, your surroundings change, you even change. Your mindset elevates, you develop a better understanding of certain things that you couldn’t quite comprehend before. 

Change is all apart of life. It is inevitable. Even though we don’t see it at the time, change helps us as individuals to develop into the person we are called to be. It pushes us closer to our purpose. Change is necessary for growth. 

However, change doesn’t always feel good and can be looked at in a negative light. Sometimes we don’t like change, especially when we’re comfortable. Change removes that feeling of comfort, it removes that feeling of certainty and stability. Change is unknowing and can create feelings of anxiety and worrisome. Change is something that happens daily but can be very hard to cope with. 

Though change can be an uncomfortable experience, it is essential. We may not understand why certain changes happen in our life but everything always reveals itself in due time. The more time that goes by, the more things start to add up, the more things start to make sense and helps you to realise why that change needed to happen. 

Along life’s journey and all the changes that come with it, you learn so much more about yourself, your character, why you are the way that you are. You grow stronger as a person because of these changes. Change is necessary for improvement; it enhances your ability to become a better version of yourself. 

Change can be tough and we may not always like it but it is so important to go through it. 

Don’t fear change. Embrace it.
